Younger explorers can rest up among all the action and join us for an interactive dino story session before meeting one of our newly hatched baby dinosaurs. Adorable, friendly and not too scary, all our babies are escorted by a ranger who can tell you all about them.

Do you have what it takes to be a ranger? It’s time to step up as we look to recruit some new rangers to our Jurassic team. Learn how to tame a dinosaur in this action-packed training session to ensure you stay alive out there.

Join us at the Arena where you can come face to face with some of our Jurassic family. From gentle giants to some of the most vicious predators out there, you can meet Zeus the largest walking T. Rex in Europe, Spencer the adolescent Spinosaurus, Richie the cheeky Raptor and Tank the stubborn Triceratops among them.

Duration: 20-30 minutes

Visit the hatchery, our adorable baby dinosaur nursery, to see the latest batch of eggs and hatchlings. Meet our newborns and learn how to look after dino eggs from the knowledgeable Dr Bones.

Don’t forget to take a walk through the Giant Dinosaur Head as part of your Leeds Jurassic adventure. As you enter the giant head, you’ll hear fearsome ROARS and sounds of the jungle, transporting you back to prehistoric times.

Go on a dinosaur trail across the market and find out fun facts about Baryonyx. Enjoy colouring in, dinosaur themed crafts and LEGO building. Face-painting and/or balloon modelling takes place every Tuesday for the duration of the trail. All activities are completely FREE and when you’ve seen Baryonyx you can stop off for a great value lunch in the Market Kitchen or one of the other food vendors, indoor and outdoor.
